Thank you for the $5 refund. I appreciate your attention to this matter. And while I'm writing this Email, I wanted to tell you why I decided to purchase your lessons. I'm going back to Florence for the third time in March - this time to stay for 2 months. I have the Rosetta Stone and several other Italian lesson CD/DVD sets to which I listen and many, many phrase books and work books. I certainly wasn't planning on buying more until I happened upon your site and tried out the sample lesson. I liked the layout, but I loved the Italian speaker's voice which, to me, sounds like "Italy" more then any other lesson voice I've heard. I also noticed that I could hear the pronunciation of some words that give me trouble - double consonant words, for some obvious embarrassing reasons.

I really didn't mean to make this so long. I may not be able to actually speak all the Italian I'd like because my 60 year old brain doesn't seem to hold on to info quite like it used to, but I'm enjoying the attempt and will enjoy it more due to your lessons.
